Lupus Awareness Month
See what we are doing!
May as Lupus Awareness Month! World Lupus Day is May 10th and Put On Purple Day is May 21st. These are days when the global lupus community rallies to bring greater attention to this terrible disease. Help bring awareness to lupus by wearing purple, sharing on social media and sharing your personal stories with others.
Join us online for the FREE virtual support groups.
Join us as we hear from Dr. Pegram and Dr. Michaud from Advanced Pain Care in Central Texas. They will discuss lupus, treatments, and options to manage pain caused by lupus. Dr. Pegram has built his reputation on quality patient care while Dr. Michaud started as a nurse before becoming a doctor. This has helped him to have compassion and better care for his patients.
Join us on Thursday, May 6th at 6:00 p.m. for the FREE Rally for Lupus.
Join a walk near you! Raise funds for important programs of research, education, support and advocacy.
Consider adopting a rubber Duck to rally around the lupus community and bring awareness to this mysterious disease. The Ducky Dash, #DD2021, is a fun way to raise funds virtually for important programs of research, education, support and advocacy. Adopt your duck today and you will receive the adoption papers.
