Health-related quality of life research for people with lupus
Lupus greatly impacts the quality of life for people with lupus, including physically, emotionally and financially. Meenakshi Jolly, MD, director of the Rush University Medical Center Lupus Clinic in Chicago, received a grant from the Lupus Foundation of America's national research program to conduct research on outcome measures used in health-related quality of life research (HRQOL) for people with lupus. In this video, Dr. Jolly shares data, observations and conclusions from studies she and her colleagues are conducting to learn how to improve the quality of life for people with lupus.
